FOSSAE offers formalwear and custom clothing inquiries through fossae.in. These terms describe the website’s current order-request service.
Order requests
Submitting a request does not complete a paid purchase. FOSSAE will confirm availability, specifications, delivery charges and payment arrangements before an order proceeds. When checkout is available, payments use Razorpay secure checkout. An order is marked paid only after payment is captured and verified. Product prices are shown in Indian rupees. Any additional charges must be confirmed before payment.
Products and custom work
Review the selected size, colour and quantity before submitting. Display settings can affect how colours appear. Custom clothing requires a separate agreement on design, measurements, price and production schedule before work begins.
Responsible use and intellectual property
Provide accurate details, use the site lawfully and do not attempt to access private systems or interfere with other visitors. FOSSAE branding, original imagery and original content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.
