Delivery availability
The current order-request form accepts delivery addresses in India. FOSSAE will confirm serviceability for your PIN code before accepting payment or arranging dispatch.
Dispatch and estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–10 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. FOSSAE will confirm the expected delivery dates for your request before payment.
Delivery charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and delivery distance. FOSSAE will confirm the applicable shipping charge before payment. The product total displayed on this website does not include this separately confirmed charge.
Custom clothing
Production time and dispatch estimates for custom pieces are agreed separately after design and measurements are confirmed.
Tracking and delivery issues
Shipping is arranged manually; automated Shiprocket booking is disabled. Tracking details can be recorded when a parcel is dispatched. If your address changes, a delivery is delayed, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact FOSSAE with your request number so the team can investigate.
